THERE WILL BE A 1.5 HOUR TIME LIMIT ON THE 8 MILE COURSE!
Runners competing in the 8 miler will run the 4 mile course twice. If you switch distances and do not tell our timer you will not be in the results!
For the safety of all please do not run with your 4-legged friend, stroller or with headphones. A hydration device is recommended to keep the park and streets free from debris – please keep any wrappers from your running nutrition on you throughout the course. We will have water stations available.
