TACKY SWEATER RUN!!
Come out to Shelby Bottom Park and wear your tackiest sweater as we run to prevent child abuse in Tennessee!
The Snowflakes will begin to fall on Shelby Bottom Park in East Nashville. On Saturday, December 13th, 2014 come join the fun with 500 of your closest neighbors and your PCAT Family.
Not a runner? Thats ok . Kids, strollers, dogs on leash are welcome! On the day of the race, there will be an onsite donation center. Since Christmas will be arriving shortly after the Snowflake 5k, a diaper donation center will be set up around the registration tables. Registration will also be available on the day of the race. Race t-shirts are included. Event will take place rain or shine (or snow)!
Awards will be given to Top Male and Female Runner, Top runner in each age category, Tackiest Christmas Sweater and Friskiest, Fastest, and Most Festive Dog.
The Snowflake 5k Run/Walk is one of Prevent Child Abuse Tennessee’s primary fundraising events, which helps support programs and services that assist in preventing child abuse and neglect. Race proceeds directly benefit Prevent Child Abuse Tennessee, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
**Prevent Child Abuse Tennessee is asking that everyone bring a pack of diapers to packet pickup or on race day. Sizes needed range from 1-6**

All awards are given out within 30 minutes after the last eligible winner crosses the finish line
You must be present to claim award- no exceptions
